I received the paperwork you sent me through the post. I am extremely happy with the settlement. I was not expecting so much, I have signed the forms & given my bank details as requested and posted them back to you today.

Regarding my ribs the A&E Dr said by word of mouth that I had bruised my ribs as I was complaining of pain, no x-ray was taken so I don't have any evidence to appeal against the decision but I'm just happy I have been awarded some for my neck injury.

I would like to take the opportunity and say a big thank you to yourself and who ever else has been working on my case. You have always kept me updated during this whole process.
